An Anne Michal Funny
*permission has been granted from the involved party to share the following funny*
So we are driving down the road and discussing something or other and I told her she need to "problem solve." I told her,"Problem solving is a very important skill...maybe even more important than the 3 R's."
She looks at me weird and asks, "reduce, reuse, recycle?"
Laughing I say, "How about reading , writing, and arithmetic?"
She comes back with, "But those don't even start with R's!"
Well, at least she knows how to save the environment...

4 Months Old!
Janey Kate turned 4 months old last Sunday. She is doing new things every day! She has found her feet and loves to grab and play with them. She plays with the toys on her bouncy seat and is starting to enjoy the exersaucer for short periods of time. Her tummy seems to (maybe) finally settling down and she is much happier though she can still turn on a dime. She is really starting to enjoy playing with her brothers and sisters, and they love making her smile and laugh.
I made her this little onesie dress from a onesie and a fat quarter. I embroidered a strawberry on the top. I thought it turned out pretty cute and hope to make her a couple of more if I can carve some time out of the business of life.
She likes wearing dresses so she can grab the skirt portion and play with it...a built in toy!
